JSF recognizes that the appropriate handling of personal information is the organization's social responsibility, and will handle such information in accordance with the following guidelines.
1. Observance of laws and ordinances
JSF will conform with laws and ordinances relating to the protection of personal information.
2. Acquisition of personal information
JSF will acquire personal information by means that are both legal and equitable. We may ask to record the content of communications and of verbal discussions with our customers by audio and other means, with the aim of ensuring that we understand accurately the nature of our customersf opinions, requests, enquiries and business. We may use such records only insofar as they are relevant to the conduct of our own business.
3. Use of personal information
JSF will use acquired personal information only within the limits established by terms of a predefined purpose of use.
4. Suitable management of personal information
JSF will appropriately manage such personal information by taking measures to ensure that such information is not subjected to the risk of leakage or of damage. When the handling of such personal information is entrusted to third parties, the latter will be properly supervised by JSF.
5. Provision of private information to third parties
JSF will not provide personal information to any third party without obtaining the prior consent of the person to whom the personal information pertains, or unless disclosure thereof is required by laws and ordinances.
6. Review of privacy policy
JSF reserves the right to revise this privacy policy. In the event of such revision, the revised terms of the policy will be published on the company's website.
